Matias was Development Director for Latin America at VINCI Construction Grands Projets, the general contractor at VINCI, a global leader in concessions, energy and construction.

He is a Member of the Board at Corporacion Reguemos Chile for the water conveyor system Carretera Hidrica.

Matias is an Economist and holds an MBA from University of California, Irvine.

He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

He lives in Santiago, Chile.
